As all the jewellery is handmade by yours truly, orders can take between 3 days and 4 weeks to be ready to ship (excluding special orders, which may take longer). This depends on the complexity of the piece.

If you have a special date you'd like your piece ready by, just contact me before placing an order, and I can let you know how quickly it can be completed.

I want you to be happy! If for any reason you wish to return your piece, you can do so within 30 days for a full refund. The piece must be in original condition. Customers are responsible for return postage charges.
